I can not paste any coupons here but /b/ will be happy to deliver. Visit 4chan and I am sure you will find a thread full of fake coupons. However I find that coupons are not enough, I recommend a little photoshop.

I believe handing this to a cashier would raise a lot of suspicion. However... let's use this example now

Now, the original is a full sheet of paper, printed on Cardstock (thick paper) and perforated along the dotted line with an X-acto knife. A much more believable story and more authoritative coupon.

This is not just a coupon, it is an alibi. No one just gets free DS coupons, but if you have something to explain how it was achieved and it is printed on something rather than ordinary old printer paper, it starts to look more official. A real criminal would put some effort into it.

Business cards are most often expensive, and a lot of work goes into deciding what material card you can afford, if you want matte or glossy, do you want color or black and white? At the end of the day you spend a lot of time and effort and most importantly money trying to figure out what will work, what will actually grab the attention of the target. well with a little bit of brain "hacking", almost.. social engineering if you will... We can make business cards at home on plain paper that is garunteed to get a lot of attention, and all you have to do.. is drop them on the ground.

So what is it?


Money! plain and simple. Our capitalist minds are hell bent on obtaining a dollar in any way possible and it is drilled into our heads to stand out. Much like the color red stands out to us because in the wild red normally means danger (blood, poisonous animals, so on) the dollar also stands out in our minds just as well. So what is our plan?

Best Buy Store pricing flaw - Discount any item

     Alright, so today we will be looking at a flaw in the current pricing system of all stores, using Best Buy as an example. This tutorial is essentially: "How to hack Best Buy", however this is just one example for one store. Right now we have a law against "False advertising" which is why when an item on the shelf of a store is marked lower than the price comes up at the register, the product must be sold to you at the marked price. When an item is rung up, and a customer says that the item was displayed cheaper, an associate in the store will preform a "Price check" meaning he or she will walk over to the item and simply read the price to verify.

So where is the flaw?


     The flaw is that the price tags in Best Buy don't have any type of safety against duplication, they price tags are printed on a fairly standard regular old sticker paper. So what if someone was to just... replicate a price tag?
