3. Sign in to Xbox Live on the next page
4. Choose either your credit card on file or Paypal
5. Enjoy your Xbox Live for $1
6. Oh did I forget to mention Repeat? That's right, you can do this a few times.

There doesn't seem to be a sure stopping point people are getting different amounts of live and some people are able to come back later to get more even after ti says stop. So just keep trying!
